Below are the steps to abolish non-supportive beliefs.
1. Write the non-supportive belief.
2. Write down the outcome of that non-supportive believe.
3. Write down the desired outcome.
4. Write a new supportive belief that creates the desired outcome.
Read the new supportive believe twice a day with conviction and enthusiasm for 21 days.
